Return Eligibility
You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused and unworn
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- You have the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been worn or used
- Products without original tags
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
How to Return
- Email us at contact@gloviena.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our team to approve your return request (within 24-48 hours)
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to our address or schedule a pickup (for Mumbai locations)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
Exchanges
For exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability of your preferred product.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos of the defect/damage
- We will arrange free pickup and send a replacement or full refund

Defective items: Free return shipping
Change of mind: Return shipping cost borne by customer (Rs. 99 for most locations)
